A Morning Stroll

Yesterday, I took my camera along on my walk. I climbed off the boat, headed to land. As I turned back to take a look at the view it looked to be a promising walk.

Stretching out my legs and picking up my pace, I decided to cross the spit and look what I saw! It looked as if I could go right to it. That's White Rock, BC, Canada behind the rainbow!

It became overcast and rainy rather quickly with the skies delivering a typical NW morning after all. On my return to the marina, I saw from afar that 2 eagles were perched atop the tree in the eagle snag as it is called. I love this eagle snag!. I am always looking in it's direction to see if an eagle or two is there. One morning when the sun is shining I am going to sit out there and wait so that I can take pics of the eagle(s) landing or taking flight.

Returning back to the marina gate, the rain had moved beyond the harbor onto the mainland. I only experienced slight sprinkling of rain during my walk . Such a typical start of a day here in the NW. I am ready for spring and sunshine!
